Auto-Summary

Auto

Configured channels automatically summarize all posted links.

User Commands

These commands are available to all server members.

/resume [url]

Manually request a summary for any YouTube video or article URL.

Usage: /resume <url>

/usage

Shows your usage stats and remaining quotas for today.

/user

Open your personal user menu.

Options: Stats (statistics), Language (change language), Data (GDPR - view/export/delete)

/bot ping

Checks that the bot is online and functional.

/bot infos

Displays general bot info and useful links.

/feedback send

Send feedback or suggestions directly to the developer.

/feedback bug

Report a bug with a detailed description.

/feedback rate

Rate your last summary from 1 to 5 stars to help us improve.

Quotas & Limits

Understanding usage limits during the beta.

Personal Quota

10/day

Number of manual summaries per day via /resume or 📝 reaction.

Server Pool

20/day

Number of auto-summaries per day for the entire server (auto-summary channels).

Request Cooldown

10 sec

Minimum waiting time between two summary requests.

Max Video Duration

2 hours

Maximum length of supported YouTube videos.

Server Configuration

These commands are reserved for server administrators.

Required permissions

To use these commands, you must be:

Opens the main configuration menu with graphical interface.

For new servers, a setup wizard guides you step by step.

/config show

Displays the current server configuration as text.

/settings Menu

Here are the different sections accessible via /settings:

General

Enable/disable the bot, customize the reaction emoji (📝 by default).

Channels

Auto-summary channels where every posted link is automatically summarized.

Display

Summary language and 4 available styles:

Image — Embed with large image (default)

thumbnail

Thumbnail — Embed with thumbnail

no_image

No image — Embed without visual

no_embed

Plain text — Message without embed

Threads

Automatic thread creation, customizable prefix, archive duration.

Domains

Permissive or strict mode, custom whitelist per server.

Disabled Channels

Select channels where the bot is completely disabled (no reactions, no auto-summary).

Best Practices

✓ Recommended

  • Use dedicated channels for auto-summary
  • Configure a whitelist to avoid abuse
  • Check your quotas regularly with /usage
  • Use 📝 reaction to trigger summaries
  • Share summaries with your team (copy/paste)

✗ To avoid

  • Don't summarize copyrighted content without permission
  • Don't use the bot for spam or inappropriate content
  • Avoid summarizing the same content multiple times (smart cache)
  • Don't share your account credentials
  • Don't exceed your quotas (risk of suspension)
